Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DA Chang AI Technology LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when restaurants, staff, and guests use our restaurant operations platform.
Effective September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
DA Chang AI Technology LLC (“DA Chang,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides restaurant software for menu management, ordering, payments, staff operations, scheduling, printing, reporting, and optional marketing integrations.
Questions, privacy requests, and data deletion requests may be sent to admin@da-chang-tech.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and restaurant information. Names, email addresses, roles, restaurant names, addresses, phone numbers, menus, prices, operating hours, tax settings, floor plans, and configuration selected by restaurant owners and managers.
Operational information. Orders, table sessions, special instructions, discounts, refunds, tips, cash-drawer records, time-clock entries, schedules, printer jobs, audit logs, and related staff actions.
Guest information. Information a guest submits during ordering or payment, such as order details, service requests, and information required to complete a transaction. We do not intentionally require a guest account for ordinary QR ordering.
Device and technical information. Device identifiers, trusted-device records, push-notification tokens, browser and application information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events.
Connected Google data. When an authorized restaurant representative connects Google, we may receive Google Ads customer identifiers, Business Profile account and location identifiers, OAuth access and refresh tokens, advertising campaign data, Business Profile post data, and performance information made available by the granted permissions.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the platform; process restaurant workflows; support ordering and payment operations; maintain audit records; troubleshoot problems; communicate service information; improve features; comply with law; and prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
For optional Google integrations, we use authorized Google data only to connect the restaurant-selected account, display eligible accounts and locations, create manager-approved advertising drafts and campaigns, publish manager-approved Business Profile posts, retrieve related status or performance data, and maintain the connection requested by the restaurant.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or allow human review of it except when necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or with the user’s affirmative permission.
4. Google API data and Limited Use
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google access is optional. An authorized user may revoke DA Chang’s access from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically delete campaigns, posts, or other content already created in Google services.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. DA Chang does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may collect and process payment, identity, fraud-prevention, and payout information under its own privacy terms. Restaurants may use Stripe connected accounts, readers, or supported device payment methods.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed with service providers that support platform operations, such as cloud hosting, database and object storage, email, push notifications, payment processing, Google services selected by the restaurant, analytics or error monitoring, and professional advisers. Providers may process information only for the contracted service and subject to applicable obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets with appropriate safeguards.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and restaurant configuration. Backups may remain for a limited recovery period after primary data is deleted.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted before database storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
Restaurant owners and authorized managers may update restaurant and staff information within the platform. Google access can be changed or revoked through Google Account permissions. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information may be sent to admin@da-chang-tech.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request.
Some information cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, contractual, or legal reasons.
9. Children and international use
The management platform is intended for businesses and authorized workers, not children under 13. Restaurants are responsible for complying with employment, privacy, and consent laws applicable to staff and guests. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
